My Recent Work

Order Plus (with Live Tally)

A B2B CRM that punches live orders directly into Tally ERP — no sync, no middleman, no third-party tunnel.

Built a custom VPS tunneling service from scratch — zero ngrok, zero third-party tools — so every Tally connection is private, JWT-secured, and fully under my control.

Order Plus connects a Flutter mobile app directly to a user's local Tally ERP instance over a secure, self-hosted tunnel. Sales teams can create orders, pull reports, and manage configurations in real time. The tunnel URL is stored only in the database — it is never sent to the client or exposed anywhere. And even if someone somehow obtained the link, they still cannot send a single request to your Tally — every API call is JWT-protected, so unauthenticated requests are rejected at the gateway before they ever reach your data. Your Tally is 100% secure.

How It Works

  1. User logs in to the mobile app with their credentials.
  2. They start the Tally Connector on their local machine.
  3. The connector registers a live tunnel to the local Tally port on my VPS — no ngrok, no third-party service.
  4. The tunnel URL is saved securely in the database — never exposed to the app or the user.
  5. The app sends JWT-authenticated XML requests; unauthenticated calls are blocked at the gateway — Tally responds in real time.

Tech Highlights

  • Custom tunneling service on a self-managed VPS — zero ngrok, zero third-party tools.
  • Tunnel URL lives only in the database — never sent to the client, never visible anywhere.
  • Every request is JWT-protected — even if someone gets the link, they cannot reach Tally without a valid token.
  • Supports multiple Tally XML types: create orders, modify orders, view reports, admin config.
  • Fully real-time — no polling, no manual sync, no intermediate database layer.
Two layers of security, zero exposure. The tunnel link is stored server-side only — the app never sees it. Even if the link were somehow leaked, every request still requires a valid JWT token. No token, no access. Your Tally data stays completely private.
